Grace graduated from Swansea University during 2020, following studying a four year masters degree in Osteopathy. She then went on to work in multiple clinics in order to gain experience before starting In Sync Osteopathy.

Grace has in addition completed a course in kinesiology taping. Also, Grace has completed a course in Medical Acupuncture at the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

During 2021 Grace underwent a postgraduate course for Animal Osteopathy. Grace now holds a PG Cert in Animal Osteopathy, the course that she completed was run by the world renowned Stuart McGregor at the Osteopathic Centre for Animals. 

In her spare time Grace is either found with her horse or at the gym. Her passion in keeping active and being outdoors has been the driving force behind getting people back to their own hobbies.

Ashley is a passionate individual with a deep understanding for sports and a commitment to helping others stay injury-free. Ashley gained a masters in Osteopathy at Swansea University, where he studied for four years. Ashley has honed his skills in providing specialised care to athletes and individuals seeking a safe and effective way to recover from injuries and enhance their performance. His expertise in biomechanics and pain allow him to tailor treatments to each person's needs.

Fuelled by his passion to help everyone move pain free he understands that moment enables life. Ashley is always eager to explore new activities and challenges, whether it be running, cycling or swimming. Ashley firmly believes in the power of injury prevention and aims to inspire others to adopt a similar mindset. Through his own dedication to fitness and a mindful approach to exercise, he  strives to motivate and guide individuals towards a healthier and more active  lifestyle.

In his spare time, you can find Ashley outdoors, enjoying nature with his children, or participating in community sports events. His enthusiasm for sports and injury-free living shines through in all aspects of life.
